Proboard Certification

The Berks County DES/Fire Training Center is Site #8 within the Office of the State Fire Commissioner’s certification program and is responsible for certification testing at the Berks County Fire Training Center. The Fire Training Committee strongly supports professional certification testing in Berks County, however the committee is not directly involved with or responsible for the testing.

Upcoming certification testing at the Berks County Fire Training Center is listed below. Please pay particular attention to pre-requisites, application procedures, etc. for each certification testing opportunity as they may differ. Unless otherwise noted, the certification testing fee for FF-I, FF-II and HazMat Operations is $100, with the check made payable to the County of Berks.
